Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about AiFotonex and how it can transform your photography business

Most Popular Questions

How does the AI facial recognition work?

Our advanced AI analyzes uploaded photos to detect and recognize faces. You can train the system by:

  • Tagging people in sample photos from previous events
  • Creating client profiles with reference images
  • Letting the system learn from your tagging patterns

The AI improves with each use, becoming more accurate at recognizing recurring clients and subjects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. For enterprise customers, we also support bank transfers.

All payments are securely processed through our PCI-compliant payment gateway with bank-level encryption.

What file formats do you support?

We support all common photography formats:

  • JPEG: Standard compressed format (recommended for web delivery)
  • PNG: Lossless format with transparency support
  • RAW: Support for Canon (.CR2, .CR3), Nikon (.NEF), Sony (.ARW), and most other major camera formats

For RAW files, we automatically generate optimized JPEG versions for client viewing while preserving your original files.

How much commission do you take on print sales?

We have a transparent pricing model for print sales:

  • You set your own prices for all products
  • We charge a flat 15% service fee on each transaction
  • No hidden fees or monthly minimums

Example: If you sell a print for $100, you receive $85 and we retain $15 to cover payment processing, hosting, and fulfillment services.

Account & Billing

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges
  • Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle
  • No penalties for changing plans

You can manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

If you exceed your storage limit:

  • You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limit
  • You can either upgrade your plan or archive older galleries
  • New uploads will be paused until you free up space or upgrade

We never delete your photos automatically. Archived galleries remain accessible but don't count against your storage limit.

Features

Can clients download their photos?

You have complete control over download permissions:

  • Free downloads: Clients can download all images at full resolution
  • Watermarked downloads: Clients get watermarked versions for sharing
  • Purchase required: Clients must purchase prints or digital downloads
  • No downloads: Viewing only with no download option

You can set different permissions for each gallery you create.

How do the e-Album previews work?

Our e-Album feature allows clients to preview physical albums digitally:

  • Create album layouts using our drag-and-drop editor
  • Clients can flip through pages just like a real album
  • They can customize cover materials, page layouts, and more
  • Once approved, the album goes straight to production

This has helped photographers increase album sales by 40-60% on average.

Can I customize the client gallery experience?

Yes! We offer extensive customization options:

  • Upload your logo and brand colors
  • Create custom domain names for client galleries
  • Personalize email notifications with your branding
  • Add custom watermarks to preview images
  • Create personalized thank-you messages for clients
