• Online Photo Selection galleries for clients.
• E-Album Sharing & Approval.
• High-Quality Online Image Galleries with AI features.
• Reminders & Notifications for events and tasks.

• You must provide accurate and updated information.
• You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., uploading illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content without rights).
• You are responsible for the content you upload and share with your clients.

• AiFotonex operates on a freemium model with paid plans (monthly, yearly, or pay-as-you-go).
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Prices and plans may change, and users will be notified in advance.

• Sensitive data like mobile numbers, addresses, and emails are encrypted and stored securely.
• AiFotonex will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• All content, software, designs, and trademarks on AiFotonex belong to the company.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

• AiFotonex aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect access.

• AiFotonex is not responsible for any data loss, business loss, or damages caused by misuse or service downtime.
• Users are encouraged to keep backups of their important files and images.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
