Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

• Yearly Subscription Plans are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days, no refund will be provided for the subscription amount.
• Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once purchased.

Storage Purchases

• Any additional storage purchased separately is non-refundable, regardless of the subscription type.
• Storage once allocated cannot be reverted or exchanged.

Domain Purchases

• Any domain purchased through AiFotonex (custom domain mapping or new registration) is non-refundable.
• Domains are registered with third-party providers, and once booked, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds will only be approved if:

• The request is raised within 7 days of yearly subscription purchase.
• The service has not been misused, abused, or violated under our Terms & Conditions.
• Refund requests must be raised by contacting us at support@aifotonex.com with your registered email.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Transaction fees (if any, by payment gateways) may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Additional Storage Purchases
• Domain Registrations / Custom Domains
• Monthly Subscription Plans
• Any service where significant usage has already occurred
